The hotel is situated in the spa area of Muszyna - Złockie, along the picturesque valley of the Szczawnik stream near Jaworzyna Krynicka Mount in the area of the Popradzki Landscape Park. A rich history (Muszyna State, Lemkivshchyna, the stormy history of the borderland), numerous monuments (Lemko Orthodox churches, churches, ruins of the castle, the Muszyński manor house) a great variety of flora and fauna (a nature reserve, nature monuments, mineral water springs) and sports facilities (skiing stations on Jaworzyna slopes and in Wierchomla) make the area unique as far as tourism and recreation are concerned.

The hotel offers the following accommodation: 47 double rooms (double rooms can be connected with each other which is very convenient for families, thanks to such a connection a studio with 2 bathrooms is created; 3 suites, double, for 3 or 4 guests (in one of the bathrooms there is a bath with a hydromassage system, in other one, a cabin with hydromassage). In the rooms it is possible to view the parking area on a television screen.
